Printing information about expired fee schedules

Print the following information about expired fee schedules:

• Fee schedule name
• Begin date
• End Date
• Number of items in schedule 

1. View expired fee schedules .
2. Above the Fee Schedule Expired section, select View Printable. The system displays information about expired fee schedules in a printable format.
3. Print to a printer available to your device.
