Changing status of transactions

  1. Access the ledger .
  2. At the upper-right, select Registry View. The system displays the registry view.
  3. Above the list of transactions, select the Show All link. The system displays all transactions regardless of status.
  4. To change the status of transactions:
    1. Select the check box to the left of the transaction number. A check mark appears in the box indicating the transaction is selected. Repeat for all of the appropriate transactions.

    2. To change the status of the selected transactions to “cleared,” select the Set Cleared button. The system displays “cleared” in the STATUS
      column of the transactions.

    3. To change the status of the selected transactions to “reconciled,” select the Set Reconciled button. The system displays “reconciled” in the STATUS column of the transactions.

  5. To change the status of the selected transactions to “flagged,” select the Set Flagged button. The system displays “flagged” in the STATUS column of the transactions.
