Adding transactions to the ledger

Access the ledger .

Select Add Transaction button. The Add Transaction
window appears.

In the Add Transaction window, make entries and selections in the fields as appropriate for a credit or debit transaction. Choose the Add Entry button to add the entry to the transaction.

Repeat step 3 to add a credit or debit transaction. 

When the transaction is complete, select Add Transaction button. The system adds the transaction to the ledger.
